Offered is a 1939 licensing contract between Lowe's Incorporated and the Pioneer Rubber Company for the sale of Wizard of Oz balloons. The balloons were to carry the images of Dorothy Gale, The Scarecrow, The Tin Man, The Cowardly Lion and perhaps even the Wizard of Oz himself, which would only be fitting since it was a balloon that brought him to Oz. The agreement, dated May 26, 1939, measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches and presents as Excellent to Mint condition. Also included is a 2006 Breygent card containing an authentic piece of the Yellow Brick Road from the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz. The Breygent card measures 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 and presents in Near Mint to Mint condition.
