1956 Group of Eight Photos of Natalie Wood and Nick Adams at Elvis Presley's Audubon Drive Home

The offered group of eight photos capture Natalie Wood and Nick Adams while visiting the home of Elvis Presley. While several are date stamped on their borders "NOV 56," we can narrow the date even further based on the notations on the photos. Several reference November 2, and as if there wasn't enough star power to go around that day, one describes "Nat at Elvis' talking about Jimmy Dean. Sunday Nov 2, 56." The two young stars' visit to Memphis to spend time with Elvis has been well documented, and this group of photos is a nice addition to the record. The photos mostly measure 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches with a few slightly larger, and they are all printed on era-appropriate KODAK VELOX PAPER. The softness of several may indicate that they are second generation photos, but still appear to be printed in the period. There is very little in the way of distresses, but they do exhibit a bit of fading. Excellent to Mint condition overall.
