The offered British quad movie poster promotes Elvis Presley's 1968 film Stay Away, Joe, and lets the viewer know that the film portrays "Elvis goes West in 'Stay Away, Joe' ...and the West goes wild!" The poster also features the floating heads of co-stars Burgess Meredith, Joan Blondell, Katy Jurado and Thomas Gomez. The U.S. versions of most Elvis Presley movie posters are readily available, but the British Quad versions are much more scarce. The artwork is always distinct, and the color schemes are bold and vivacious making these U.K. posters highly sought after by collectors. The offered example is no exception! The poster measures 40 x 30 inches and presents with some edge wear and small areas of paper loss in those areas. Excellent to Mint condition.
