Offered is a 1979 TV NEWS magazine signed twice by acting legend Al Pacino. Pacino is featured on the cover of the magazine in one of his most famous roles, Serpico. Pacino has signed the cover "To Jerry Al Pacino," and he signed on page 14 where there is an article about the film entitled "Police Department Corruption: Serpico," as well as another photo of him. Pacino dated this signature "July 27, 1979." The television listing magazine was distributed in New York's Greenwich Village neighborhood at that time, and it's likely Pacino was there filming his 1980 movie Cruising, which was filmed in the area that summer. Both signatures are in blue ball point. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The issue measures 7 ¼ x 10 5/8 inches and presents with moderate wear with one fold mark on the cover. Considering its newsprint paper, it has survived in wonderful condition. Excellent to Mint condition.
