Offered is a three-page agreement signed by Desi Arnez and Lucille Ball's brother Fred Ball. The agreement clarifies Fred's shareholder agreement as a member of Desilu Productions, the company started by Desi and Lucy that managed and produced I Love Lucy and all her other great shows. The agreement is dated May 22, 1958, and has Desi Arnez listed as "President" of Desilu. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic.
