Offered is a tie clip owned by Elvis Presley featuring a small pistol and "COLT MK III" across the front. Elvis' passion for firearms is legendary, and the offered tie clip surely would have caught his eye while shopping for jewelry. Elvis gifted this clip to his bodyguard Dave Hebler, and Hebler's letter of authenticity accompanies. It reads: "Elvis gave me a number of personal items both while on tour and when I was with him at Graceland and his Beverly Hills home on Monovale Dr. Elvis gave me his gold-colored .357 Colt MK III tie-clip that he got at Tiny's Gun Store in Palm Springs on a shopping spree. He wore it on his shirt and when it fell off he asked me if I would like it." The clip measures 1 1/2 x 1/2 inches and presents in Near Mint condition.
