Offered is a signed letter as well as an 8 x 10 inch photo of the great actress Greer Garson. Garson is best known for her role in Mrs. Miniver for which she won an Oscar. Coincidentally, the Oscar winner gave the Academy Awards longest speech ever, clocking in at nearly six minutes. The typewritten note from Garson will take you less time to read hopefully! The letter, thanking a "Mildred Green" is signed in red ink and references her Broadway role in Auntie Mame. The 8 x 10 inch MGM issued promotional photo is inscribed to "Lillian Smith" in black Sharpie. Pre-certification from Beckett Authentication. Near Mint condition overall.
