The offered Phil Spector signed check is signed in his flourishing, wild style, and is written on a "Phil Spector Productions" check for $5,400 on May 19, 1998. Spector's influence on popular music cannot be overstated. His "wall of sound" production methods revolutionized the process of making records, and he worked with The Beatles, The Ronettes, The Righteous Brothers, John Lennon and George Harrison, to name a few. His signed items have become highly sought after, especially since his incarceration started in 2009 and he paassed away earlier this year. The check is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The check measures 8 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches and presents with moderate wear with some stains, wrinkling and expected wear from bank processing. Excellent condition.
