Offered is a pristine example of this rare 1963 Valentine letter on red paper that reads “From the Heart of E.P.! Be My Valentine for ‘63’ Yours Truly, Elvis Presley.” Graceland secretary Becky Yancey once recalled about these letters, “This original Valentine was shipped from Graceland in February of 1963...These valentines were only used a short period of time that year and are very rare.” Becky Yancey was Elvis’ private secretary at Graceland for almost 13 years. The original mailing envelope, dated February 12, 1963, with return address from Elvis Presley at 3764 Highway 51, is addressed to “Miss Becky Milstead” of Aberdeen, Mississippi, and is also included. The letter measures 11 by 8 1/2 inches and presents with its original mailing folds but no damage. Near Mint condition. The envelope has suffered much more with time, with many tears and folds. Very Good condition.
