When Elvis Presley made his triumphant return to his hometown of Tupelo, Mississippi in September of 1956, the city hired photographer Terry Wood to document the various festivities related to Elvis Presley performing at the Fair. This included the parade held earlier in the day, the presentation to Elvis of several gifts and, of course, the performances themselves. Offered is a limited edition 16 x 20 inch photograph printed by Terry Wood of Elvis performing in the evening concert that night in Tupelo in 1956. The photo is hand numbered "56/1,000" and signed by Wood. The images Terry Wood captured of Elvis on stage include some of the finest ever seen from the Tupelo concerts. The photo measures 16 x 20 inches and presents with just a few spots of tape residue from it original matting from Terry Wood. Near Mint condition.
