The offered October 1926 contract has been signed by legendary Hollywood producer Jack Warner. The agreement is also signed with screenwriter Harry Dittmar, a writer of little acclaim. It locks up Dittmar for a year of writing services. It's an extremely early example of a Jack Warner signed contract. The contract measures 8 1/2 x 12 3/4 inches and presents in Excellent condition with wear from storage and original folds.
