Offered is an employment for the 1975 film Shampoo signed by the film's writer, producer and star Warren Beatty as well as actor Susan Blakely. The document was signed on March 13, 1974, prior to the start of filming, and put Blakely to work on one of her earliest production. She is actually uncredited in the film and only a year away from minor stardom with her appearance in the TV mini series Rich Man, Poor Man in 1976. Accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentication. The contract measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches and presents in Near Mint to Mint condition.
