Offered four Mint condition file copies of Elvis Presley's 78 RPM singles Sun Records labels. They include: 1955 Sun 215 “You're a Heartbreaker”; 1955 Sun 217 “Baby Let’s Play House" and 1955 Sun 223 “Mystery Train" and "I Forgot To Remember To Forget.”
These "file copy" labels emanate from the estate of Marion Keisker. Nearly perfectly well-preserved, the labels sat safely in Marion's files until she gave them to a Memphis fan. Marion Keisker, of course, is the office manager of The Memphis Recording Service and Sun Records for Sam Phillips in the 1950s. She was the very woman who was present the day in 1953 that a young singer named Elvis Presley walked into the Memphis Recording Service and recorded his first song.
These Sun 78 labels have the trademark rooster in the middle. They each measure 3 inches in diameter and present in stunning MINT condition.
