Offered is an Elvis Presley stage worn scarf given to a fan from the stage in 1975 at The Las Vegas Hilton. The scarf has heavy--and we mean HEAVY!--sweat and makeup stains. Our consignor's Aunt saw Elvis numerous times in Las Vegas--her letter accompanies--but during one show in '75 she was lucky enough to get the offered scarf from Elvis. Based on the staining, this must have been one that spent some time around Elvis' neck after Charlie Hodge handed it to him. Some scarves made a quick transfer from Charlie to Elvis to the fan, but this one has all the hallmarks of one Elvis vamped around with for bit before bestowing it to our lucky fan. The rounded corner scarf measures 33 x 33 inches and has the distinct darker blue stitching on all four sides. Heavy staining and creasing. Excellent condition. Also included is a period "Las Vegas" retail bag that was stored with scarf.
