Offered is an Elvis Presley owned diamond and black star sapphire 14K gold ring likely worn on stage several times during July 1975 concerts in New Haven, Connecticut, Asheville, North Carolina and possibly other cites. The photo at right shows Elvis wearing a specific arrangement of rings which includes a black star sapphire ring. This pair of rings is worn by Elvis during several concerts during the month, but the photo at right is a strong indicator that the ring he is wearing is indeed the offered ring based on the composition of the star sapphire stone and two diamonds. Photo matching rings from concert photos is an unenviable task, but in this, instance the evidence is just about as strong we could hope for.

We know Elvis loved black star sapphires, and he owned any number of rings and necklaces featuring the precious stones. To see him on stage wearing one is not unusual, but to be able to strongly conclude that he is wearing the offered ring is an extremely special instance. The ring emanates from the legendary "Elvis Presley Museum" collection and is accompanied by an COA signed by Jimmy Velvet.

The ring features a 10 mm black star sapphire as its centerpiece, which is flanked by two diamonds. The size 10 ring weighs 25.1 grams, and it presents with interior stampings that are still readable, “14K”. Signs of moderate wear, but no distresses. Near Mint condition.
