Offered are a pair of "Laura Biagiotti" sunglasses owned and worn by "The King of Pop" Michael Jackson during the 1984 Jacksons "Victory" concert tour. The sunglasses were given to his friend, actor Corey Feldman. The two had just met that year, and Jackson took a shine to the up and coming Feldman. Only 13 at the time, Feldman was, of course, star struck, and treasured anything Michael gave him. (At right is a 1984 photo taken not long after the two met.)

During the 1984 Victory tour, a firm was charged with creating a contest where fans could win a pair of Michael's stage-worn and autographed sunglasses. A representative of the company would collect  the glasses after each show and get them signed by Michael during the tour. Not all the glasses were signed or awarded--some pairs ended up with Michaels friends and close associates, as in the case of the offered pair which he gave to actor Corey Feldman. The signed September 17, 2010, letter from Feldman reads: “I Corey Feldman certify that these Michael Jackson Sunglasses were officially given to me by Tim Stinson who worked with Michael Jackson for the 1984 Victory Tour. Stinson's position was to provide contestants the opportunity to win sunglasses that Michael Jackson wore. This was the only pair that was never given out.” (The Feldman letter is accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentic.) The luxury brand sunglasses present with lenses that have a mild prescription. Near Mint condition.
