OUTSTANDING STEREOVIEW showing Colonel George Armstrong Custer, Private Noonan, Captain William Ludlow and Indian scout Bloody Knife next to a bear killed by Custer. ( Bloody Knife was Custer's favorite scout . Two years later Custer ignored Bloody knife's advice against attacking Indian village in the valley beside the Little Big Hom. Bloody Knife prophesied "I shall not see you go down behind the mountains tonight". Bloody Knife was killed in Reno's retreat.) Taken August 7, 1874 by W.H. Ellingworth. Published by Lovejoy & Foster, Chicago. Excellent condition.
