The offered group of steno pads and loose sheets are covered with the shorthand of Trude Forsher, Elvis Presley's west coast Hollywood secretary in the 1950s. Forsher was responsible for day to day office operations and an endless amount of correspondence for Elvis and Colonel Parker. While her shorthand is hopelessly indecipherable, names always pop off the page, whether it's Elvis or in this case Sinatra and agent Abe Lastfogel from William Morris Agency, to name just a few. It's a fascinating group of office artifacts from the early days of Elvis' career. Excellent condition overall with expected wear and toning.
