Offered are two important early rockabilly SUN Records 78 RPM singles from Guitarist Slim Rhodes. SUN signed Slim and his group from 1955–58, recording a mix of country and rockabilly. SUN #238 "Gonna Romp and Stomp" / "Bad Girl" presents in EX condition in original SUn paper sleeve. Rhodes acquired an Elvis Presley sound-alike vocalist, Sandy Brooks, for SUN #256 "Do What I Do" / "Take and Give". The record presents in VG+ condition. Rhodes died from a tragic accidental fall in his home in Memphis in 1966.
