Girls! Girls! U.S. pressbook; 1964 Roustabout U.K. pressbook; 1965 Paradise, Hawaiian Style U.S. pressbook plus Hawaiian Date Line insert; 1967 Easy Come, Easy Go U.K. pressbook; 1967 Clambake U.K. pressbook; and 1968 Live a Little, Love a Little U.S. pressbook.
