Offered is a 1963 Baseball Hall of Fame Busts Complete Set (20), plus one original box. In 1963, the Hall of fame commissioned a Long Island based company, Sports Hall of Fame, Inc., to make miniature replicas of 20 of the existing Hall of fame busts. They were to be sold at Cooperstown, and at Major League Stadiums. There were two separate series of 10, with the second series being slightly more rare than the first. The set includes: Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio. Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson, Lou Gehrig , Honus Wagner , Ty Cobb, Mickey Cochran, Joe Cronin , Bill Dickey, Bob Feller, Jimmie Foxx, Hank Greenberg, Rogers Hornsby, John McGraw, Jackie Robinson, George Sisler, Tris Speaker, Pie Traynor and Paul Waner. This set presents with moderate to heavy (though even) toning, but no other major distresses. Very Good to Excellent condition.
