Offered is a 1964 RCA Victor White Label "NOT FOR SALE" 45 RPM Single for Elvis Presley's single “Heartbreak Hotel” / “I Was the One”. The song was released as a single on January 27, 1956, Presley's first on his new record label RCA Victor. It was written by Tommy Durden and Mae Boren Axton, with credit being given also to Presley. It was a major hit when first released, and was always a fan favorite. It was re-released in 1964 as part of RCA's Gold Standard Series, hence the offered NOT FOR SALE 45 promo disc. The vinyl grades VG with some distresses.
