Offered is a wonderful oversized original news service photo that captures Senator Bobby Kennedy with New York Mets Manager Casey Stengel and New York Yankees Manager Johnny Keane at the 1965 New York Baseball Writers Dinner. The still-attached paper caption notes that the three "kept their eye on the ball", and the period back stampings indicate that the photo was taken by New York Herald Tribune photographer Terence McCarten. The photo was property of the New York Yankees at some point, indicated by their stamping, also on the reverse. Would be considered TYPE I. The photo has tears that have been reinforced on the reverse and heavy edge wear, with some surface distresses. Very Good to Excellent condition.
