Offered is a 1965 Elvis Presley RCA Victor white label “NOT FOR SALE” 45 RPM Single of the songs “Tell Me Why” / “Blue River” with Picture Sleeve (47-8740). The single was released in December of 1965, and the sleeve promotes the soundtrack for Elvis' upcoming film Frankie and Johnny, set to be released in March 1966. These white label copies of RCA singles would have been produced in relatively small quantities for distribution to radio stations and music media members. The sleeve has minor storage wear, and the vinyl is SUPER CLEAN, though both labels have minor wear. Near Mint condition.
