The offered "Elvis Summer Festival" ceiling hanger was produced to promote Elvis Presley's concerts at The International Hotel in Las Vegas during 1970. After the raging success of his return to the stage during 1969, Elvis came back with a vengeance in 1970, playing 139 shows between January 26 and November 17. And while he did hit the road for the first time since the 1950s, playing the Houston Astrodome and a handful of other cities, the lion's share of his concerts took place in Las Vegas. The sign bears the International Hotel logo, as well as that of RCA, Elvis' record label. The sign measures 10 ½ inches in diameter and presents with few distresses. Near Mint condition.
