The scarf, with Elvis' blue facsimile signature, is smeared with make stains in several areas-great evidence it was around his neck after Charlie Hodge handed it to him during the concert! The scarf was acquired by a fan who saw Elvis 60 times in Las Vegas and at concerts in the northeast of the United States. The fan's accompanying letter details their five year odyssey of Elvis concerts and includes reminiscences of meeting Janelle McComb, Sonny West, and even Elvis' uncles Vester Presley and Harold Lloyd (who gave them a quick tour up the driveway at Graceland one night!). The letter reads in part "Please let this letter verify that I received the following stage worn scarf from Elvis Presley during his performance in Baltimore, MD on May 29, 1977." Elvis played the Civic Center in Baltimore during his  second to last tour, with the show being one of the last 15 concerts he every performed. Also included is a ticket stub from the show, an Elvis souvenir pinback and  two period snapshots of Elvis performing that night in Baltimore. The scarf measures 34 x 34 inches and presents intact, albeit with the aforementioned stains. Near Mint condition.
