Offered are a pair of Versace sunglasses stage-worn by Prince in the mid-1990s. The model "S43 030" are classice Versace design of the era. The glasses are accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Mayte Garcia and by Chris Davidson, President of "Prince: The Collection." The letter states:
Prince wore these sunglasses on and off stage. We attended several Versace fashion shows and sponsored events. We became good friends with both Gianni and his sister, Donatella Versace. Prince wrote several songs specifically for Versace's usage. I certify that this pair of Versace gold colored sunglasses were given to Prince at one of the Versace events and worn on stage.
The glasses present with signs of moderate to heavy use. Arms are slightly loose. No damage. Near Mint condition.
