Encapsulated Authentic by PSA/DNA. The offered index card is signed by the 8th person to walk on the Moon, Astronaut James Irwin. Irwin made his first flight into space aboard Apollo 15. He served as Lunar Module pilot for that mission, the fourth human lunar landing. Strong "8-9" signature.
