Offered is an 11 x 14 inch photo signed by drummer Andy White. He is best known for temporarily replacing Ringo Starr on drums for the Beatles' first single, "Love Me Do". White was featured on the American 7" single release of the song, which also appeared on the band's debut British album, Please Please Me. He also played on "P.S. I Love You", which was the B-side of "Love Me Do". He was called in to play drums on the early tracks at the request of producer Ron Richards, but obvioiusly was never a member of the band. White says he was paid £5 for the session and 10 shillings for bringing his drum kit, and did not earn any royalties from the sale of the records. Still, he can claim to be the fifth Beatle! Hologram from Beckett Authenticated. Near Mint condition.
Also included is an 11 x 14 inch photo by promoter Sid Bernstein. On August 15, 1965, Bernstein booked the Beatles at Shea Stadium, a show that Bernstein described as "inaudible." After a final world tour, including another Bernstein produced Shea Stadium performance, the group retired from touring in 1966 and split up in April 1970. Bernstein made many attempts to persuade them to re-form, at one point taking out full-page newspaper articles asking them to perform together for charity. Near Mint condition.
