This American Flag Pin was the personal property fo Elvis Presley. It is a costume piece and was worn by Elvis on many occasions. When Elvis had one made of 14k gold, diamonds, rubies and sapphires, he gave this one to Linda Thompson. It has been on display in the Elvis Presley Museum for many years.
Elvis famously wore an American flag pin on his chest the day he and Priscilla finalized their divorce, and the offered pin bears a striking resemblance in size and shape to that pin, shown in the many photos taken by the press that day.
