Offered is a stunning $20 gold coin necklace owned and worn by Elvis Presley. He gave the necklace to his bodyguard Dave Hebler as a thank you gift for bringing Lisa Marie home from Los Angeles for Christmas. Dave's accompanying letter states:

My name is Dave Hebler, and for a number of years I was Elvis Presley's personal bodyguard. Elvis gave me a number of personal items both while on tour and when I was with him at Graceland and his Beverly Hills home on Monovale Dr. Elvis gave me his 1911 $20 gold coin necklace after I offered to fly to LAX to pickup Lisa Marie for Christmas. Elvis had asked another MM [Memphis Mafia] member, but they developed a sudden case of the flu. I offered to go, and he took the necklace off and put it on me in front of the guys to show them that respect was one of the most important things to him. I worked for Elvis from 1972 until 1976.

The 14K gold necklace features a 1911-D $20 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle as the centerpiece of its pendant. This coin was struck at the Denver mint based on the "D" mintmark. The $20 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle was named after its designer, Augustus Saint-Gaudens and is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful gold coins ever produced by the United States. It continues to be a symbol of American numismatic artistry and a treasured piece of the nation's coinage history.

The coin pendant measures just over 1 1/2 inches in diameter, and the 14K gold chain measures 26 inches long. Very well-preserved Near Mint condition.
