Offered is a 5-photo composite display signed by Elvis Presley and inscribed to his Graceland Nurse, Marian Cocke. Elvis penned "To Mrs. Cocke a very special friend. Elvis Presley." It's a thoughtful gift to a close confidant working for Elvis in his home. The accompanying handwritten letter from Mrs. Cocke reads:

The fine picture composite of Elvis Presley was given to me by Elvis, in late 1975. Elvis gave me this, as a surprise, one night around Christmas--and he had spelled my name wrong; he sent one of the boys to the drug store to purchase "white out" so the spelling could be corrected. Elvis was a wonderful, warm and loving, human being. I truly believe thahis greatest joy was in singing and doing deeds for others; he told me one night that it wouldn't be any fun having money if you couldn't share it and that "material things are just things."

The display is also accompanied by a photo of Marian holding this very display. Marian may be off a bit on the year--it is most-likely 1976 that Elvis gave her the gift as he is wearing his "White Egyptian Bird" jumpsuit in the photos. He mostly wore that suit in 1976. The display measures 14 x 11 inches and presents with some fading to the period photos and slight toning to the matte. Accompanied by LOA from Beckett Authentic. Excellent to Mint condition.
