The offered leopard pattern bean bag chair and matching pillows were used by Elvis Presley in his Chino Canyon Drive home in Palm Springs, California in the 1960s and 1970s. As soon as you sit down the chair comfortably conforms to your body, forming a regular chair with arms around you. The chair was acquired from the 1999 Graceland Archives Auction, and it is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

Elvis and Priscilla so enjoyed their relaxing getaways in Palm Springs that they purchased a home of their own at 845 W. Chino Canyon in Palm Springs on April 2, 1970 with a $13,000 down payment on the property and an $85,000 mortgage. Immediately upon purchasing the new Palm Springs home, they added a swimming pool. Later in 1974, major renovations were done that included adding interior paneling in the recreation room, red tile to two of the bathrooms and the addition of extra square footage that included a sauna. This was the home in which Elvis recorded “I Miss You” and “Are You Sincere” in September 1973 in the living room. The house was sold in 1979 to singer Frankie Valli. The chair measures 46 inches in diameter and stands 30 inches tall. The chair and its pillows present with minor wear. Near Mint condition.
