These special gold metallic badges were created by Elvis for only his inner circle, close associates and friends, of which Felton Jarvis, as record producer, was certainly a member. The badge reads in full, “THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT FELTON JARVIS IS A MEMBER OF THE ELVIS PRESLEY SHOW” and then is further engraved with “RECORD PRODUCER” in the second blank area. The “TCB” logo and Elvis Presley facsimile signature round out the front design of the card. The cards were manufactured by Apollo Trophies in Los Angeles, California. The offered card was inherited by Tony Frost, nephew of Felton Jarvis, and comes with a letter from Tony Frost that states:

My name is Tony Frost, nephew of Elvis’ record producer Felton Jarvis. After my uncle and aunt’s passing I received a great deal of memorabilia and gifts from his time with Elvis. One such piece is this gold metal card, with the name Felton Jarvis at the top and record producer on the bottom. It was given to my Uncle Felton by Elvis, to show that he was part of the Elvis Presley Show. Each member of Elvis’ band, and entourage received this gold metal card, to provide access backstage, etc...

These special metallic badges (passes) were created by Elvis to provide easy backstage access at his shows. This badge is set against red velvet, displayed in a shadowbox frame that measures 6 1/4 by 8 1/4 by 1 1/4 inch, and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated. The card was adhered to a display at some point, and there is still heavy residue on the back. This could most-likey be removed by a professional restorer, but it has affected the original "Apollo" sticker.  Very Good to Excellent condition.
