Offered is a group of six receipts for various goods for President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jackie Kennedy, all from their time in office. The varous carbon copy receipts cover the Kennedy's time at the White House, but also emanate from stores in West Palm Beach, Florida, aas well as Hyannis, Massachusetts. They date from 1961 and 1962 and cover such goods as "crab meat", "pillow cases", "hangers" and "garbage can". The "Hyannis Package Store" receipt lists "Pres. John F. Kennedy", and others list the address in Washington, D.C. as simply "The White House." The Kennedy clan famously spent time in Hainnis Port and Palm Beach, Florida, and the offered receipts are a nice record of the President's time there. The receipts show expected wear from filing use. Excellent condition overall.
