Offered is an 8x10 photo of the mushroom cloud after the atomic bomb was dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima signed by the Navigators on the bomber Enola Gay and the photo plane Necessary Evil. Navigators Dutch Van Kirk and Russell Gackenbach have signed and inscribed the photo. Kirk was the navigator of the B-29 Superfortress known as the Enola Gay (named after pilot Paul Tibbetts' mother) when it dropped Little Boy, the first of two atomic bombs used in warfare, on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. Russell Gackenbach took the offered photo from the photo plane Necessary Evil. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
