Steve Grad Collection. Offered is a Blues Brother picture sleeve for their 1978 45 RPM single "Soul Man" signed by John Belushi and Dan Akroyd. Belushi, of course, tragically overdosed on March 5, 1982, making his signature rare by definition. His autograph on anything Blues Brothers related is one of the most sought-after in all of collecting. On the offered 45 sleeve, Belushi's signature spans nearly all the way across. Akroyd has inscribed "Elwood" after his name. The Blues Brothers released their debut album, Briefcase Full of Blues, with Atlantic Records. The album reached number 1 on the Billboard 200 and went double platinum. Two singles were released: "Rubber Biscuit", which reached number 37 on the Billboard Hot 100, and this one, "Soul Man," which reached number 14. Accompanied by LOA from Beckett Authenticated. Excellent to Mint condition.
