During the 1992 season with the Cards, Smith threw 75 innings in 70 games and tallied 43 Saves, the second highest total of his entire career. The jersey was given by Smith to a friend and business associate in the St. Louis area. Smith has signed boldly on the right breast of the jersey "Lee Smith #47 HOF 2019". The Rawlings size "52" jersey has its proper tagging, including the "SET 1 1993" and "3 INCH EXTRA LENGTH". Hologram sticker from Beckett Authentic.
