Collection of 6 Signed Release Forms for Hollywood Uncensored Documentary Film with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper for Easy Rider

The offered group of six signed “Consent to Use of Footage/FIlm Clips” release forms features the signatures of Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper (Easy Rider), Candice Bergen and Art Garfunkel (Carnal Knowledge), Raquel Welch (secretarial-Myra Breckinridge), and Harvey Keitel (secretarial-Taxi Driver). The documentary featured Douglas Fairbanks Jr., and later in the movie Peter Fonda, narrating the story about the censorship, exploitation and sex in Hollywood movies from the 1930s and the Hays' Motion Picture Production Code up to the time of the production in the mid-1980s. Each release is typed on plain letterhead, contains standard boilerplate release language, and has the date and signature of each star at the bottom. All but Candice Bergen signed in ball point pen; she signed in black felt tip pen, and she initialled three changes to the language. Keitel's signature was penned by his attorney, as is noted on the form, and Raquel Welch's signature is secretarial, as well. Fonda, Hopper, Bergen and Garfunkel are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The releases all measure 8 ½ x 11 inches, and present with few defects beyond their original mailing folds and one (Raquel Welch) that has a paperclip stain at the top. All others are in Near Mint condition.
