Offered are two copies of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch "Rotogravure Picture Section" from October 3 and October 10, 1926, featuring Rogers Hornsby after winning the National League Pennant and during the World Series. The October 3 issue shows portraits of Hornsby and a panoramic shot of the Cards final home game of the season. The October 10 issue shows the massive crowd that greeted the team after coming home for Game 3 of the World Series. Both sheets measure 18 x 22 inches and present with heavy toning an wear. Very Good condition.
