Offered is a 1964 "Photo Linen Emblem" Sandy Koufax patch still on its original card and in the original cellophane. The package has been opened at the top, but never removed. This is from a very unusual and rare set of nine different ball players that oddly included Koufax among the others that were all New York Yankees. The rest of the set included Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Yogi Berra, Clete Boyer, Elston Howard, Tony Kubek, Bobby Richardson and Tom Tresh. The patch measures 3 3/8 x 4 3/8 inches. Both the patch and the card are in Near Mint conditon.
