Offered is a deep red Chicago Stadium folding seat. The Stadium was the home of the Blackhawks and the Chicago Bulls up until the 1994 renovation. "The Madhouse on Madison" saw the first NFL playoff game in 1932, the Bulls win 1992 NBA Championship, the Blackhawks win the 1934 and 1938 Stanley Cup finals, concerts as varied as Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, The Who, The Rolling Stones and Frank Sinatra, and both a Democratic and Republican convention. This chair was purchased at the 1994 auction held at the Chicago Stadium in preparation for the building's razing to make way for the United Center. A small plaque on the chair reads "CHICAGO STADIUM AUCTION 10-15-94." The chair measures 18 x 32 inches and presents in working condition but with expected wear. Excellent condition.
