Offered is a 1900's Jimmy Collins (HOF) Minneapolis Tribune Pocket Mirror. This artifact may harken from even further back to the 1890's if it is related to Collins' earliest years in professional baseball--he started being recognized as an impactful player as early as 1897 with the Boston Nationals--it does refer to him as "One of the young Turks who is burning up the league." The piece measures 2 3/8 inches in diameter but is missing the mirror insert. An incredibly early relic from the career of the first third baseman enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Very Good condition.
