Offered is a 5 x 7 inch color photo of Elvis Presley at the back door of Graceland with a fan on July 19, 1960. Elvis was spending a couple of weeks at home in Memphis before reporting to Hollywood to film Flaming Star at the beginning of August. The image captures Elvis showing a little midrift and in perhaps the best shape of his life after just leaving the Army earlier that year. Color photography was still pretty unusual in that period, especailly for a fan. The view of Graceland's back porch is fascinating, as well. The photo presents with dating stamps and handwriting on the back, which exhibits proper perido KODAK watermarks. Near Mint condition.
