The offered four-page agreement is signed by Tom Petty. The agreement allowed Westwood One to record several shows during Petty's 1989 Full Moon Fever Concert tour for later use on radio as part of the Westwood One Superstar Concert Series. The June 12, 1989, agreement covered the recording of shows in Boston, Rochester, New York, Columbus, Ohio, Richmond, Virginia and Chapel Hill, North Carolina in September of that year, and it paid Petty's company, East End Management, $100,000. The album was big hit for Petty, his first without the Heartbreakers, and it produced five singles, including his Top 10 hit "Free Fallin'." The "Strange Behavior" tour ran from May until October in 1989, and then picked up again from January to March 1990. The four-page agreement and original cover letter are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentic. The pages all measure 8 1/2 x 11 inches and present with some filing-related wear. Near Mint condition.
