The single sheet of Japanese sheet music for Bruce Springsteen's 1984 song "Cover Me" has been signed in bold, black Sharpie by E-Street band guitarist "Little Steven" Van Zandt. The song was on the international mega-hit 1984 album Back in the U.S.A. The world tour in support of the album did visit Japan in 1985, but Little Steven did not participate in the tour so he could pursue a solo career. Van Zandt is probably more recognizable to most people form his role as Silvio on the hit HBO show The Sopranos. He is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The signed sheet music is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA. The sheet measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches and presents in Near Mint condition.
