"Import" is a bit euphemistic, to be fair, but the record did come from overseas. The inner sleeve is for a French company, though the instructions are written in English: "Make 12" disc." And the acetate itself is an "Original Sound" 10-inch 33 1/3 disc from a company in Hollywood, California. The demand for ever more Elvis music created a vast industry for live recordings in the 1970s, which continues to this day as advanced collectors still search high and low for a recording of a show that they haven't heard before. The "producers" of this record label it as Elvis Live On Stage Hilton Hotel 1972, but determining which of the 122 separate concerts Elvis played at the Las Vegas Hilton that year would be a tall order. Plus, the actual tracks included on the record differs slightly from those listed on the sleeve. The tracks on the disc, in order, are: Side One: 1. “Theme 2001;” 2. “See See Ryder;” 3. "Johnny B Good;" 4. “You Don't Have to Say You Love Me;” 5. “You've Lost That Loving Feeling;” 6. “Polk Salad Annie;” Side Two: 1. “What Now My Love;” 2. “Fever;” 3. "Love Me;” 4. “Blue Suede Shoes;” 5. "All Shook Up;” 6. “ Heartbreak Hotel;” 7. “I'll Remember You;" 9. "Band Introductions.” The band and backup groups are also listed on the back. Ironically, while the cover image is at the Hilton, the photo on the back is of Elvis at another venue. The disc measures 10 inches in diameter and presents with minimal wear and only the mildest scuffing and one small scratch. Very Good condition.
