Offered is a Danish poster created to promote Elvis Presley's 1967 film Double Trouble. The poster captures the spirit of the swinging 60s with it's modern design and bold, electric colors. Danish posters are noted for their wild departures from the standard formulaic art of U.S. movie posters. The Danish title, Elvis I Kattepine, roughly means "Elvis in Cat Trouble." Perhaps something was lost in the translation...perhaps not. The poster measures 24 x 33 inches and presents with just a few corner pin holes and some tape on the reverse. Near Mint condition.
