The 1977 phenomenon that was Star Wars included an onslaught of products the likes of which Hollywood had never seen, including the offered SEALED example of the Kenner board game, "Star Wars Escape from The Death Star." Obviously intended to be opened and played, finding a sealed copy of this early licensed product is very tough. Somewhat ironically, the box doesn't feature a photo of The Death Star, but does show Luke's X-Wing fighter being pursued by a Tie Fighter during the Battle of Yavin. However, photos of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chebacca, Darth Vader, a Stormtrooper, Artoo-Detoo and See-Threepio are featured on the cover. A classic and tough display piece from the Star Wars collectible world. The sealed box measures 19 1/4 by 9 1/4 inches and presents with only some minor wear to the bottom corners of the box from improper storage. Near Mint condition.
