Offered are a baseball and postcard signed by Hall of Famer Carl Hubbell. The baseball dates to the short tenure of National League President A. Bartlett Giamatti, from 1986-1989, and Hubbell has signed neatly on the sweet spot. The postcard is from the 1983 Donruss "Grand Champions" set, and Hubbell has signed boldly on the front. During his 16 year career with the New York Giants, Hubbell won 253 games and led them to the 1933 World Series win, winning games 1 and 4. He won the NL MVP in the regular season that year with 23 wins and a 1.66 ERA. Each piece comes with a COA from Beckett Authentic. The ball presents with mild toning, and the signature grades a 7-8. The postcard is immaculate. Near Mint to Mint condition.
